Looking for a burley, winter run? Toe the starting line and test yourself against the elements on this 50K point-to-point across New River Gorge National Park in the depths of winter. Starting in downtown Fayetteville and making your way south to ACE Adventure Resort, this route has a little bit of everything, including expansive views on high ridgeline single-track and riverside trails on the banks of the New River. Sharing much of the Rim to River 100 course, the Cabin Fever 50K can be the perfect training run while also providing a whole new winter trail running experience. Friday, February 16
• 4:00 – 6:30pm - Check-in, bib pick-up, prize raffle, & drop bag service at the ACE Adventure Resort - Lost Paddle Bar & Grill.
• 6:30pm - Pre-race Q&A
Saturday, February 17
• 7:30 – 8:30am - Race day packet pick-up will be available at ACE Adventure Gear in downtown Fayetteville, WV.
• 9:00am - Start - Downtown Fayetteville in front of the courthouse.
• 7:00pm - Cut-off for all finishers

**A free shuttle service will be offered from ACE Adventure Resort to the Start in Fayetteville Saturday morning. If you are checking in and picking up your bib Saturday morning at ACE Adventure Gear, your bus will leave promptly at 7:30am on Saturday morning. If you check in and pick up your bib on Friday, your bus will leave at 8:00am on Saturday morning. Participants MUST register for the shuttle by Saturday, February 3 by visiting our online store at https://www.rimtoriverendurance.com/shop. Select the "Cabin Fever Shuttle" item.**

Participants will have 10 hours to complete the course with 4 fully stocked aid stations supporting you along the way. All finishers in allotted time will receive a custom Cabin Fever 50K finisher medal. Awards and prizes will be given to the Top 3 Male & Female finishers. Top 10 Male & Female finishers receive a hand-crafted Cabin Fever 50K mug by Gauley River Pottery.

All participants registered by December 16 will receive a custom CRAFT Cabin Fever 50K race shirt. Registering after December 16 may result in not receiving a t-shirt.100% refunds will be offered until December 16. Deferrals/rollovers to the following year and/or partial refunds will be determined on an individual basis. We will do our best to accommodate life events such as pregnancy, military deployment, family death, and serious illness. Please contact us directly to discuss.

Proceeds from the race help to fund Adventure Appalachia, our non-profit organization working to facilitate empowering, educational outdoor adventure experiences for adolescents and adults. We strive to eliminate barriers & expand access to outdoor adventure in the New River Gorge region of WV, providing funding & connecting people to existing outdoor programs offering guided experiences in wilderness settings.
