About

The Old Dominion 100 Mile Endurance Run is more than just a race. It is more than just four marathons run back to back. It is more than an event in the yearly schedule. It is the Old Dominion. What does that mean? The Old Dominion stands for tradition - the tradition of each individual against a difficult course, hot and humid weather and the 24 hour time limit. It is the people that have run it in the past and will run it in the future. And it is the people that help with the race every year. It is the Old Dominion.

Course

The Old Dominion course takes you over all types of terrains. Runners will traverse over pavement, gravel roads, single track trails, ATV trails, logging roads, rocks, streams, some more gravel, and mud. This is not a solely trail race- come prepare to handle road and trails. Test your ability to be able to turn your legs over a wide variety of terrain in one day. Runners will climb 14,000'.

There is a 24 hour cut off to get the coveted silver buckle and 28 hours to finish.
