Race Information
The Mo Big Butt is a USTAF Certified Course. It is mostly flat but does have some hills.
Course
The course is 5 repeats of a USTAF 10 K. The run is in it's 15th year. The start/finish is at 4573 Old Church Road, Lancaster, SC 29720. https://www.certifiedroadraces.com/certificate/?type=l&id=SC16083DW The course is paved.
Aid
I will provide liquids consisting of Water, Coke, and Gatorade. I will provide tables for runners to stash their favorite foods. You will actually pass the main aid station 10 times and water and bathrooms are in the park and at my house.
Race Swag
I will order race shirts so please register early so that I don't have to guess on how many to order and so that I will have the correct sizes. Wooden plaques to all finishers and food will be served after the run.
