About
Formerly know as the Edward Payson Weston Six Day Race in the 1980s, and 90s, we're bringing back The Old Six Day to the 1/4 mile track at Cooper River Park. Come out and feel the history of the venue as you find your finish on the track
We have a 6 day, 3 day, 2 day, 1 day, and 12 hour option.
The official course measurement is 399.519km and USATF Certified Course #NJ24039JLW
While this course is on a track, it's also next to a body of water, so it can become windy and chilly out there. It is also April in NJ, so the weather could be pretty much anything.

24hr Invitational
We’re offering a 24hr Invitational race for top athletes looking to qualify for a national team or set a new record. The 24hr Invitational will start on Wednesday, 4/7 10:00am with the idea that the track will be relatively empty, with only the 6 day runners on track.
If you think you qualify for the 24hr Invitational register for the 24hr race, then email info@endlessendurance.com and describe your past performances and your goal for this race. We will make a decision within 15 days of your registration. In the unlikely event that you do not qualify to run the invitational race and you do not wish to run the regular 24hr, we will process a complete refund for your registration.
Pit Area
There will be a pit area for you to stash your stuff for the day around the track and take as many breaks as long as you want during the event. No tents larger than 10x10 and no alcohol is allowed on site. NO TENT STAKES ARE ALLOWED.
There will be one main aid station with standard aid station food. We will have plenty of vegan friendly options and are planning to provide a schedule for provided meals throughout the week. *Schedule will be coming later*
This race is a CUPLESS race - we will have a limited supply of hot drink cups only
This means we do not plan to have a ton of plastic cups for you waiting at the aid stations. Please plan to bring a bladder/pack, water bottle, or reusable cup to use.
If you plan to bring an RV or use your car as a pit, the parking lot next to the track or street parking out front is the only place you can park your vehicle. No cars will be allowed down on the field.
Amenities
We will have a large tent set up as an aid station and a place for runners to hang out.
We are working on having a shower trailer at the venue but that's TBD.
We will be providing real meals for both lunch and dinner. Runners should include any dietary restrictions during registration or reach out with requests Beyond that we will have a traditional ultra aid station set up with a variety of snacks.
Timing & Rules
The course will be run on a USATF certified course, and will be chip timed. You will have a chip on your bib and all runners will be required to wear a chip on their shoe or ankle.
We will have results live online throughout the event. Timing will be provided by Mike Melton of MCM Timing and Results
If you are targeting any records please reach out to us in advance to let us know.
