Ridge Rambler Half Marathon

Saturday, September 26, 2026 Start Time 8am $70 per person or $80 after July 31st.

Course Info & Check in: The race starts at Twin Lakes, about 13 miles out of the town of Bridgeport. Please see the course map & description on ultra signup.com. This also shows you where to check in. The race check in is located on South Twin Road. As you are heading up Twin Lakes Road from Bridgeport to the check in, you will turn left onto South Twin Road. Once on South Twin Road, you will pass Lower Twin campground on the right and then you'll see a large parking area on the right (Google Maps calls it "Lower Twin Lake Boating Site" see attached map). The check in is NOT located at the starting line. It is about a mile or two from the start. PLAN TO BE AT THE CHECK IN BOOTH at least 15 MIN BEFORE THE RACE STARTS to allow time to get to the start line. Check in will start at 6:45am and end at 7:45am. After checking in, you can take a shuttle to the starting line or drive your own vehicle down the road alongside the lake and park on the side of the road. The last shuttle to the start line will leave 15 min before the race starts.
This is a point to point course. Please let me know if you will need a ride back to your car. We will have a shuttle at the finish line this year and we would like to have an idea of how many runners will be utilizing it. There will be 3 aid stations with water along the course. There will also be water and snacks at the finish line- along with your medal!

Course Description

***THIS IS A POINT TO POINT COURSE. The start line is not near the finish line. We offer a shuttle from the finish line back to the starting point. Please contact Rebecca if you have any questions: foxeydesigns@gmail.com**** The start of the race is at about 7,100 feet on the back side of Lower Twin.
The course remains steady around the lake and then starts heading downhill from Twin Lakes toward Buckeye Road (6,800 ft). Turn left onto Buckeye Rd and begin to climb the ridge. From this point to the finish, there are rolling hills. The highest point from here is 7,130 ft. The finish of the race is at 6,600 ft.
