24, 12 and 6 Hour Endurance Run… Held at Addison Oaks County Park, Michigan. Loop is 2.5 miles. Course will be a mixture wide & single track DIRT trails. Only 10% of Blacktop per loop (start/finish of each loop). Nice mixture to change things up and keep your mind occupied. Course will also change directions at 8pm right around the TWILIGHT Hour (right before dark), this will make it feel like a totally different course!!!
***New… 12 hours will have the option***
* daytime 12 hour = 8:00am – 8:00pm
* nighttime 12 hour = 8:00pm – 8:00am
*You do not need to run or walk the entire 24, 12 or 6 hour… examples
Stop when you reach a specific distance!
Take a break, start again! (maybe need a nap)
