Frontenac State Park is 10 miles southeast of Red Wing, MN, or 5 miles northwest of Lake City, MN on Highway 61.
Race day schedule (NEW START TIME)
7:00 - 7:45 am: Bib and swag pick-up near picnic shelter (top of park)
8:00 am: 10-miler start
8:05 am: 5-miler start
Aid station
Water, snacks, fruit, and Hammer gels are available. Please carry a water bottle to keep the park clean and reduce waste.
