REFUNDS AND WAITLIST

Unfortunately, given the low cost and pre-planning that has gone into this version, refunds will not be issued. The waitlist is open so please enter ASAP should somebody need to drop. That being said, should extenuating circumstances arise please let me know. I'm sure we can work something out

If you did this event last year, the loops will be familiar. That being said, there might be some course modifications if the conditions warrant it

Each finisher will receive a custom finisher award

OATKA CREEK PARK

This little traversed gem will be our home for the day. The lodge and shelter are ours to use as they have been reserved specifically for this event. It would be wise to bring a camp chair and the aid you plan on using for ease of access. If cold plan ahead. Who knows what the weather will be like.We will have use of the fireplace. Parking is limited and another reason why the event is capped as such. PLEASE CONSIDER CARPOOLING IF POSSIBLE
