Wingfoot Lake Run

Welcome to the second annual Wingfoot Lake 4 hour run! Wingfoot Lake was originally owned by Akron's own Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and joined the Ohio state system in 2009. In the past, cross country meets were held here, and for our race we will be using some of the trails used for those meets. I wanted to do this as a thank you for all of your help and participation over the years since I started with the inaugural Regal Beagle. I really appreciate all the volunteers that have helped me over the years.
You will be running a loop approximately 2 miles long, for as many loops as you can do in 4 hours.
This is a "free" race for 2024 volunteers and there’s a minimal charge for everyone else.

Packet Pickup

You can pick up your bib from 9:00-9:45 on race day. We will be at the Dogwood Shelter waiting for you. We will have water, pizza, and some sweets at the finish. If you'd like to bring anything else to share you may, but it's not necessary.

Awards for 1,2, master, and grand master, male and female.
