1) Runners must complete the course on their own. There will be no pacers allowed for the duration of this race. The only Aid available for you to meet with your crew is at base station just past the finish of each loop.
2)We will have official timing for this event. If you do not wish to continue at any point please check out with the director at the finish line. Once crossing and "checked in" for the loop completed, exit the finish area and proceed to aid stations or continue running your loops. There will be seperation of finish line and aid station so this should not be an issue. You will have plenty of room just be courteous and avoid bottlenecking at the aid.
3)The race will run counter clockwise at all times. there is enough room for 2 people to run side by side but realize we will have people of all paces running and allow room for people to pass.
4) Any course cutting will result in an immediate disqualification. We are running the outer most part of the course and will be well marked so you dont get off track. Will also have reflective tape for after dark.
5) All 24 and 12 hour runners will be required to have a headlamp or light for after dark. Although some portions of the course may have light it will still be required.
